Yep. Well known brand names, but a history of cutting costs at any expense. Do a Google search for the subject. They tell manufacturers how to cut costs on the smallest of things, and because of quality issues after the fact, some major name brands have pulled their products from WM. Their good name (known for quality)was not worth the market reach WM has. The story I am remembering was a lawnmower company, who changed the screws, at WM's request/mandate, and quickly later proved to be sub-par quality.
