How old were the minors, and were they with their legal guardians? As someone who was required to take and pass the TABC exam and is required to keep it up to date to maintain my job, I know for a fact that if a minor over a certain age is with their legal guardian, they are legally able to consume a certain amount of alchohol on premises. The establishment can choose to serve or not to serve, at their discretion
