Food was good. The overall ambiance was peaceful. We did not order drinks because we needed to have drinks on separate checks so we tried to order at the bar but were not received in the most friendly matter. To be fair we were a large party that all needed separate checks due to work.

Excellent mango margarita, possibly my favorite ever. Kudos to my server/bartender. Food and service were both fantastic. I loved that they had small plates since I'm on here for a conference and can't really take anything to go. Was a great way to try stuff without having a ton of food.

Grabbed lunch on a Friday afternoon here with a group of friends. We were seated immediately, as we were there at about 11:30 ... The lunch crowd showed up a little later. They have a spacious upstairs deck which was not open for lunch but is available most evenings. They specialize in a wide variety of tequilas and margaritas; a friend of mine had a blueberry margarita and announced it was very tasty! Our table enjoyed an appetizer of guacamole and chips. The guacamole was prepared tableside and was quite delicious! A variety of lunch appetizers and entrees followed, including my chicken topped salad, cheese enchiladas, quesadillas and more. All were delicious and presented nicely. Service was very attentive and friendly, our server handled our several separate checks promptly. There is a full bar for those looking for adult beverages, and the restaurant is clean and pleasant. Your biggest issue will probably be parking as there is no dedicated parking, and the restaurant is on very busy 6th Street in Austin. But stop in, I think you will appreciate this venue.

This place was cool, it had 3 floors and a pretty good menu. The food was worth a visit, I had the stuffed avocado. The flavors were ok, nothing i would come back for. The drink was the best part. It was called a cherry limeade and worth ordering.

No it's not. Only service animals allowed in the restaurant, including the patio.
So I'm guessing no???
Hello Gail, I was able to ask one of the owners about the history of the building and this is what he shared with me. The building used to house an art gallery, book store and the 606 Bar. I also was able to find out that even before then it was used as an automotive repair shop. This link will give you an idea of what it looked like as a repair shop. https://texashistory.unt.edu/ark:/67531/metapth673957/?q=metapth673957_xl_THC_06-0989.jpg
