I ordered a grill guard for my Dodge Ram 1500 a few weeks ago and first they said there was a dispute on the shipping. Now, for the past few times I call them they say will call me about the part. Should I have gotten a refund by now or go to a mgmt?

I spoke to them about ranch hand grille guard. Said it could take up to 6 mths. Went to Truck toys steel craft guard installed under 600.00. They were able to reinstall the tow hooks as well.
