For fast-food we waited a very long time also if they don't figure out the service problem soon they're not going to make it
They do need to work on that a little.
It was a terrible day for service. And their manager in duty has no customer service skills at all! We lost it after an hour of waiting and just got a refund so we could leave and get food. He didn't even apologize at all for the wait or for the rude cashiers. We won't be going back.
The wait is a little long for "fast food".
The food is good but the wait is outlandish. With the cost and wait time one can easily go to a traditional restaurant. Spending 40$ with a 40 minute wait with my window level with the trash can is not acceptable. Maybe in a few months we will try then again
Samantha, I think I was sitting next to your table! I'm glad y'all stood up for yourselves! They started turning people away just after your group left. It was ridiculous to say the least and I can't say I'll be back there! I hope your family ended up having a calm, relaxing dinner elsewhere. ❤
