Jeremy does an excellent job cutting my long hair. I walked in a whim one day after getting frustrated with my hair in a poneytail all the time and was lucky enough to get him for my stylist. I don't like going to Salons because they always seem to want to chop off my long hair (that took so long to grow). I love how he cuts my long layers and havent seen another stylist cut that way before... gives it shape. He's funny too. Glad to have finally found a good stylist!

I checked it on the app and it said a 16 minute wait I arrived after 10 minutes and was told that walk ins are allowed to go 1st if they walk in so I would have to wait longer. I checked in on the app because I didn't have that much time and didn't want to wait at the store I don't know why this app would be useful or why the store wouldn't allow walkins to go 1st

Drove 5 miles to get a cut and she gets my information input and says to come back at 11:30 which I did. She then tells me there’s one ahead of you after this kid walks in right in front of me. Worst service I’ve ever had getting a haircut!! So unprofessional!

While my haircut was very quick, I was surprised that the stylist only used an electric trimmer and hardly used scissors at any time during the cut. I asked that she straighten my sideburns, but she essentially removed the sideburns rather than straightening my existing sideburns.

No. Although they push the app, they don't cater to in person arrivals anymore. I find that rather rude. My time is important to, and if I arrive in person I should be treated the same, but I am not.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
You can use Online Check-In for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. And, most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call the salon to inquire.
Customers can check in online during the hours the salon is open. Online Check-In will not be available during the first five minutes a salon is scheduled to be open. This gives customers who are physically in the salon when it opens a chance to be checked in and have their names added to the wait list. We accept online check-in up until 30 minutes before closing time. You can still get a haircut at closing time, you just can't check in on the app.
When you're on the wait list, chances are you'll be next or almost next in line when you arrive. Please note that if you request a specific stylist upon arriving at the salon, your wait time may be longer.
