When I was over 400 pounds I found it more comfortable when I put the arm rests up flush with the back of the seat.
I believe the chairs are about the same. I'd guess someone 6 foot 300 lbs would still sit comfortably. They have spaces for a wheel chair if you brought your own seat it's possible that space could be used.
