They have a create your own if you pay attention and not just whine online. They have several options on the board. Also they are always training new people. So instead of whining because you wanted a cheap pizza how about just asking someone else with more knowledge or go somewhere else and complain because they cost more money.
It seems like you may have visited some place else because they have huge menus in the store(on the wall behind the register) and you can order online which provides a complete menu and options to create your own. Maybe the girl was new and nervous because they have menus on the wall and on the register when you order. How else could they charge you if they didn't have the prices built into the register... If you google the Pocatello Store you can see pictures of both inside and outside the store. The inside picture clearly shows a HUGE menu hanging from the wall behind the registers. It's just above the warming ovens used to hold ready pizzas

You know I've never noticed that before because I order the same thing everytime but now that you said something about it, it does seem a bit ridiculous!
