This location has horrible customer service and a couple people behind the counter are very rude and disrespectful one refused to help me and the other wouldn't give me my receipt I will go elsewhere to get everything I can

I have never had trouble with employees, but I don't like that they keep moving things around all the time.

Good customer service is essential to the success of any business. Without customers, what would they do? Unfortunately wal.mart appears to have lost sight of this and relies on quantity rather than quality.

While I agree some of the Walmart employees are rude, there are some who go above and beyond! I have learned to pick and choose who I go to for assistance.

I agree 100 percent, that's the exact reason I rather not ask any if the employees for anything I rather try to find what I'm looking for nyself even if it means I spend more then 30 minutes in the store then I planned

It's Wal-Mart, I hate going there terrible customer service.

Kearney Wal-Mart is for the lowest of the low......avoid at all cost!!!
