I am not sure either, I think they have an awning. Not all spots have awnings.

From what ive seen you have to be under the awning. Parking lot is pretty busy with cars exiting and entering. .
No not at all. It was raining when we were there and the service was fine in fact, a couple of cars that were parked desided to not eat at their car and sat under the shelter next to us 😁
There are only so many car service spots
