I went for a drive with my wife and stopped in for a malt. This is a local icon with a flashback to the 50's appeal. I had the classic chocolate malt and my wife had a rootbeer shake. Looking for a different destination? Check this place out.

Driving through town and saw the Mug and was instantly drawn by visions of a Frosty Root Beer float..needless to say the float was great. Ordered some cheese curds and was sorely disappointed, overcooked processed cheese cube. But still a great spot to stop on a hot day!

We were here around 2:00 on a Friday and it was busy… but so worth the wait. Hamburgers are so fresh and tasty. Great atmosphere. If you are in a hurry make your order “to go” and eat in the park next door.

Coming here and doing the drive-up option was fun and convenient. The service was very fast and friendly, and the food was good! It tasted fresh and was freshly-made (in fact, it was almost too hot to eat at first!). We had cheese curds, hamburgers, and their root beer. The root beer was delicious, not overbearingly sweet, and I highly recommend drinking it out of a frozen glass. We look forward to coming back!
