I hate wishy-washy answers, BUT sometimes you can't hardly get a seat, other times "no problem". So.... It depends on peak rush times!!
Mornings, esp. weekends at both locations, can be very busy. If you ever go to the downtown location first & the train car is full, turn around on 7th & follow towards Highland Park & go to that location instead.... it's not too far down the road. Lots bigger, so more seating options there! YUM!
Is there a wheelchair accessible entrance?
I've been there weekdays in the AM & it wasn't busy.
The few mornings I was there not at all. Great service.
Depends on time off day but they do move quickly.
They move quickly even with crowds, but you'll be out the door. In winter thats no bueno.

It depends on when you go. I went on a Sunday afternoon and I received service immediately. There was no wait. However, if you go during peak times expect to wait. I would recommend you eat somewhere that has better food especially if you have to wait.
