Does Walmart provide any help for disabled who cannot reach the upper and lower shelves, or reach inside all the glass doors while seated on a mobility scooter? Can I ask for help upon entering the store or wait at each instance where I need help?

Yes

Normally I would say Wal-Mart is pretty well staffed but for this particular Wal-Mart they always seem to be short staffed or that you can't find anyone. They do always have a greeter at the door that would be able to help you or I would check with the customer service counter (where you do returns). Hope this helps!

Yes they will if you can find any Wal-Mart employee in the dept. you are shopping or they will get someone to help you. You can ask as soon as you enter a store one of rhe yellow Smock wearers will get someone to help you.
