I would take your rabbit to South St Paul vet off of Concord. That's where I take mine. Great people
Any good vet will do it for just a few dollars. You might have to pay an exam fee for the initial visit.
I am a groomer at petco and we recommend going a vet for bunny nails or possibly calling some private salons
