No reservation needed. Its kinda small in there so you may want to call during busy bar times. But just walk in the ice cream shop flip the switch and somebody will come open the door and let you know if there is room and u can come in
When you get there, just flip the lighr switch. They'll come take your name, and let you know when you'll get in
