Yes they have to be closed by 12 the law will not allow them to stay open past 12 so yes it 1145. This is one of the nicer stores i have been in. Met the owners totally accident and they are a couple of very nice and business like people.
They do have a cutoff time. If they closed st midnight and let someone in at 11:59 and they took 20 minutes to make a decision.....
