Moriah, Eric & Tim were consistently amazing not only to myself but with my children as well. Housekeeping employees awesome as well(sorry I don't know their names). Anthony not really as friendly. Clean Rooms and the kitchenette was a huge money saver. My only disappointment is no laundry room during the main building remodeling. But it still earns 5 Stars.✨⭐

Positive: Unfortunately, nothing. Top to bottom there were issues. Some in violation of safety, both property and personal mental safety. If not for my vehicle experiencing ignition start issues I would¿ve left but couldn¿t until a mobile mechanic repair comp Negative: 2 guests solicited while trying to unload car. One man asked if I wanted to smoke/partake in other drugs in his room. Constant leaking sink and Smoke smell in room. Felt Extremely unsafe entire stay both day and night Due to other guests.

I've been staying at the Extended Stay in Glendale for a few months now. Overall my stay has been great! I don't really understand some of the negative reviews I've read. The grounds are kept clean and it's quiet. Housekeeping is always checking in to see if I need anything. They spend a lot of time cleaning each room so the reviews stating that rooms were dirty seem strange to me. The staff is helpful and friendly, especially Moriah who always goes above and beyond to make my stay here great. I really have nothing but positives about this place. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

I heard front desk person tell someone that some of the rooms have been updated or upgraded. My room is dated. The microwave is about 20 years old. Breakfast consists of expired and stale breakfast pastries and bars. No fruit or juices. I'm here working in Colorado. Tools were stolen from vehicle as I warmed my car. Front desk is nonchalant. Room hasn't been cleaned by staff since I arrived 2 weeks ago today.
