The original version made only with Teff flour is gluten free. You need to request it and they will happily make you some.
Teff is gluten free, but Injera is made with regular flour as well. You can request gluten free teff but do so ahead if time.
The Teff origin is free from gluten by itself. But Since they are adding many kind of recipes which we don't exactly know those recipes, it is very hard to say injera is free from gluten. I am doing research on it because the injera you bought from the store does not have Label and expiration date on it.
My son has Celiacs, and they have always been very accommodating in providing a gluten free ingera bread to go with the meal, which was entirely gf. We’ve eaten there several times with no problems. Fantastic restaurant!
no it's made with teff flour.
No, but most days they offer gluten free bread to eat your dinner with. One time they had no gf bread that day...very apologetic, so I asked them to supply me with a fork so I could have a utensil to eat with. They happily supplied one.
