However, you can go to the falls and wade in them. There are areas from ankle to knee deep when the water is high. I saw a few people sitting next to the falls as if in a hot tub.
I don't think so. The shore is kind of steep and rocky and there are a few fishing piers and a boat ramp. But I didn't make it around the whole lake, so if there is I could have missed it.
