It is still open. I was there a couple of weekends ago. I believe the boat ramp is still working as I saw other fisherman with a boat. However, the lower road was underwater in spots at that time so you definitely will need horsepower enough to pull on the upper road if needed.
We didn't use the ramp, so I'm not sure.
I do believe you're asking about www.birdhollowresort.com, yes we're close together and under the same management but we're not the same. The Boat Ramp is still open and useable! Feel free to come out and visit either of us for some rivertime fun!
