Beautiful place right on the river. If you're afraid of spiders don't go here but if you're not and you like birds and fishing you'll love it. Nice owner. No bathrooms, showers, or laundry. Close to everything in Langley though. T- mobile 0 bars, Verizon 2 bars.

Fun place and always seem to meet nice people. Caught nice catfish here too. And there are always dogs to pet.

It is still open. I was there a couple of weekends ago. I believe the boat ramp is still working as I saw other fisherman with a boat. However, the lower road was underwater in spots at that time so you definitely will need horsepower enough to pull on the upper road if needed.
They do have monthly rates. Unsure of the length of stay.
