Can this be flagged as not existing at this time? May be rebuilt, but didn't appreciate being misled while on a trip with time constraints.

I submitted and they showed it under construction for a while. Now it seems it's open again. Ha, I just drove by there a couple hours ago and it's still under construction.

I've submitted it to Google three times with pictures of it a pile of rubble, and each time they said they couldn't verify it.
