How do I find out if the trails are closed because of wet conditions? Say's to call before, but can't find a phone number.

There open rain or shine unless there doing repairs then they will post that info online

You can try parks and rec, possibly Corp of engineers for the lake. They may be the best way to find out. Otherwise to my knowledge, it is open rain or shine. I usually try to watch when and how much it has rained during the week.
