Perry Lake ATV trails are in poor shape. Lots of rocks and mud. We were on two dual sports, and they were not up to the task. Deepwater is much better. It'd be nice if the folks at Perry Lake could take a skid steer and make an attempt to improve the place. We won't go back.

Plenty of trails assuming Prairie grass, bramble, and wooded areas. Great for hiking, motorcycling, ATVing, and quad running. Limited bathroom facilities are available.

Even tho there’s a hole in the fence the trails are not wide enough for UTV and SxS So maybe not? For the sake of not being in everyone else’s way. HAVE FUN & watch out for other riders After the rain it’s hard to judge how deep the ruts are. Also a quick lesson that you should probably not ride out alone. It is quite a hike back to the parking area from the very back of the park. Luckily in my case I found an ATV rider who had straps to pull me out of the first picture. 2nd picture I muscled out and was pretty much ready to go home. Don’t get stuck and ruin your day.

It's fine I guess. If you are a "real" dirt bike rider, I think you will get bored pretty quick. The trails don't flow very well, and the woods are kind of over grown. There are a couple of kind of fun small hills. I prefer riverside atv park in topeka.

Depends on how much rain they got there
Link posted below has numbers at the bottom of the page. CALL AHEAD. They have closed the gates due to too much water. Dont be that guy. https://www.riderplanet-usa.com/atv/trails/info/kansas_02364/ride_1422.htm
Yes if you read the signs they say you need to have helmets on when riding
No
The trails are two way, except for one small area by the parking lot which is for kids. However, not sure everyone knows the kids area is one way so watch out. There are all levels of difficulty throughout the area ranging from flat and easy to Steep and Rocky. The treed areas will be muddy and slimy this time of year.
It's open from Dawn to dusk
With 2-3" of rain overnight, I suspect it wouldn't be very fun riding in the mud
Not supposed to have any thing with a steering wheel and must straddle the machine
