No. I think it's more of an "at your discretion" kind of thing. If the kid you have in mind likes this kind of stuff and isn't going to be traumatized, bring em!
It's not scary at all. Time I went there were plenty of kids in the 10 year range and they all were laughing and giggling at it
I brought my 8 year old last year and he was laughing at them. Very predictable jump scares.
No but I'd suggest to keep em 10 and over. It's a pretty scary place
