Why would you try to sell your membership at the very end of the year?

How do I sell membership? We haven't used it buy once. Have to pay 350 a year for maintenance fee or whatever it is to Millbrook on top of her cost for the whole thing, can't even use it for coast to coast if don't pay the 350 to the home resort. Never any openings for the cabins and the pool was so packed when we did use it for that.
