We booked this place through our Hilton Grand Vacation program. We did not get Hilton Grand Vacation hospitality here. We were treated like second class people. The TV in the bedroom did not work their explanation for this was because we were not booked through them . This was a very nice condo. Got the cookware out and all of it was scratched teflon so bad that you would not want to cook your food in the pans they provided. The shower heads where the cheapest you can buy and did not provide a good stream of water over your body. They never offered us clean bedding or clean towels for the entire week that we were there, We never saw anybody that was associated with cleaning.

The tiki bar food was delicious, staff was friendly, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I can’t wait to stay here again! Shout out to the bartender, Mandy. You were AWESOME!

My family had a wonderful 3 night stay at this resort. We spent most of our time by the pool and tiki bar. Everyone from the Maintenance man tending to the pool to the waitresses were super friendly. Big shout out to the bartender Mandy, super friendly and prompt! I hope the same staff is working next time we decide to stay here.

Well we came too this place on our wedding night. We had 200 people at our house in celebration and wanted a quite intimate night. The add stated Jacuzzi room for $185 and we were delighted. Upon arrival the signage was poor and we didn't know where to sign in. We finally found the office where our keys hung in a envelop taped too the door. We went into room and it was a poor room with not even a bath tub. We noticed a hot tub out in court yard but do too Covid it was shut down. I decided too pour me a glass of scotch and as I went too fetch ice the ice machine too was shut down. We wondered around and found a casino open at the resort. We went inside and too our surprise the bartender claimed she was a manager. So we expressed our frustrations on our special night and she apologized and asked us what we were drinking. My wife ordered as did I as we expected a complimentary round as we own a bar ourselves and understand customer service. Nope. She charged full price. We went back too our room and my wife called the office. The lady there was very nice and told us that we could sneak into the main hot tub as it was after hours and would have the place to ourselves on our special night. Nope it was a zoo of people in there. We walked back too our $50 room at best in defeat and called it a night.
