I called the Post Office in Bigfork, MT to obtain information about getting a Post Office Box before we move ahead of time. She showed me how to reserve a box 30 days in advance of physically being there. Once there a box will be selected with you and any physical needs that you may have. The nice lady who assisted me was super helpful in every aspect. I thanked her for being so helpful.

I have never had a problem with the in person experience at this post office - everyone has always been kind, knowledgeable and accommodating. However, I have had problems more than once with the package pickup service. Twice I have scheduled a package pickup and received email confirmation but my package does not get picked up (the package had been left on the porch both times all day on the scheduled days). I hope they can get the issues in communication worked out as it is a pain to schedule a pickup that doesn't happen.

I've had 6 package delivery issues in 5 months. I wish Amazon used UPS solely. Yet another missing package today. These pictures were taken recently and exactly as the packages were left. They crush boxes to make them fit and leave them on top of mailboxes for any tweaker to take. All because the driver is too lazy to drive to your front door. They should be investigated.

The lady with no hair has been consistently unhelpful and honestly a bit rude each time I go in there. Everyone else there is amazing but her attitude makes it an anxiety inducing experience every time I walk in and see her behind the counter. I never ever leave bad reviews but it’s happened too many times at this point.
