SCAM !!!!!! The worst experience I’ve ever had in customer service. Not only did the boat we rent have problems, they told us to meet at 9 am to pick it up & didn’t arrive until 11 am. When it came time for them to pick up to the boat, they called early asking that we meet them right away. When I said people were out on the boat, Dale requested that I call them and ask them to drive to the marina. Incredibly unprofessional. I asked if I should fill the boat with fuel before returning it and he assured me that he would fill it and charge the card on file for the gas purchased. However, he did not inform me that he would be charging an additional $6.99 per gallon that he filled… $6.99 PER GALLON. When I asked for the receipt, I was sent a Microsoft Word document listing what they charged on my card. Absolutely insane.

These guys are the best in the business! They are knowledgeable, friendly, and go above and beyond for their customers. The new online reservation system makes renting so simple. If you are looking for a fun way to sightsee and be on the water, this is it!

We had a last minute rental of a small boat and Bigfork Outdoor was able to accommodate us. Joe arrived at the lake on-time and the whole transaction was friction less. We spent four hours on the lake and really had a blast. Joe showed up the moment we returned to the boat launch. It was a truly frictionless experience to work with Joe and we had a great day thanks to Bigfork Outdoor.
