Have a permanent site here. I believe the rent for 2019 is $1325, but April to end of October is usually the time most stay, as they shut the water off. Electric service remains on until the 2nd week of December, for deer hunters. Last year we winterized October 29th.
Im getting mixed answers from a lot of people.. you can stay year round... you can only stay between months.. I live in a 31 foot rv.. I need a place I can stay from Jan. To jan.. are there any such places... my wife's mother said she has a friend that lives there year round
You can not stay year round only from April to November and the lot for the year is $1500 that's with full hook up. Electric and water
You can get a lot for a year which is around $1400 a year. Not sure of the exact cost.
