Why does the delivery driver on duty right now 9:10 pm have to make so much noise with his car. Does he not have a muffler on it? This level of noise has been going on for weeks. Please help me

well, some vehicles are just louder than others, and its perfectly legal. the beauty of America. i also have a loud small vw car lol. I think you're going to just have to suck it up buttercup..
