Agreed. Give them another shot. Try checking on Google to see their busiest time of day next time if you want to avoid waiting longer. This place has a great atmosphere to just sit & have a conversation with someone or there are plenty of tvs to watch or you can sit at the bar & enjoy a drink while you wait.
Wow that is long it never takes that long you should visit back.
