There is an amazing trail that is very scenic. Many people go there to jog or run. It's a wonderful place for people who love natural outdoor scenery.
Yes and no. There is no track, but a little trail that you can follow that can go in a circle (note.-- to make it circular you will be on a dirt trail!). So I'd say it is good for a 10-20 minute run depending on speed (if you park in the back of the.parking lot on main st) . There are open spaces , where you can stretch, do push ups, etc. But there is no track or "organised" workout stations .
