You will need to install uber app for riders first; then set up your account w/credit card; then you can get an estimate for a ride by entering a pickup location and then enter a destination. If the price & time frame work for you, then and only then you confirm and finalize the request.

Unfortunately there is no number to call everything is on a computer :(

Download the app it’s free and write down the address that you wish to go .... you can ask for a trillion ride prices .... it’s free ..... until you click for them to pick you up
