My mom just moved in this January. She pays $3250 per month for a one bedroom with a kitchenette. Everything is included, even basic cable. She loves it and participates in all activities offered.
It is not based income.Studio apt. Is $2450 per month with cable not included on any of them. One bedrooms are $5000 per month. There are some casitas but I don't know how much they are.
