They offeref 2 bowls for all you can eat. You can fill it up to the top, then they'll cook/stir fry for you. I topped my 1st bowl with sliced beef, most veggies, some noodle & seasoning; it comes with 1 scoop of white or brown rice. I was full w/1 bowl, but since I paid for all you can eat I ended up doing the 2nd bowl. I believe you can ask for another bowl. The bowls/plates are not laid out for customer to grab nor as utensils. So I'm assuming not an actual buffet. Hope it helps.
