I'm not sure, but it is usually best to give them time to wash, dry and properly groom your pet. So the best option is to drop your dog off and come back later. They are wonderful groomers and take great care of every dog.
I believe you can, you would just need to let them know up front. They are wonderful people! And the dogs are treated great :-)
My Shitzzu has been going to a neighborhood groomer for more than a year but shakes when she goes. The lady doesn't let me go in. I know she is frightened of the vacuum so when I bath her I Iet her dry naturally and she is happy. Could I ask that you not use a dryer on her.
