Amazing food, toxic customer service could be the end of a great business
Their attitude sucks
Great food. Customer service sucks both in person and on the phone. They need answer their phones in a timely manner and not have you on hold for soooo long.
I have had good customer service the times I've been there. The food is made to order.

Its not always the girls behind the counter and i can tell u that seeing with my own eyes. Many of their REGULAR can be rude and offputting as well. I have seen customers make a scene because thwy didn't want to pay 25c for extra garlic sauce ..that they want! Not to mention a sign that clearly states there's an extra charge for additional sauce. They would park illegally then come in and try to rush the cashier/server. And dont talk about customers who are friends with any of the owners fuhgettaboutit!
