What have you done differently in selecting your source for coffee beans or changing the means for processing......it has been Absolutely horrible and unpalatable for several months now. Can not even finish it most mornings. What a shame

To be objective, Donald Nodecker, I have seen and have been told that they usually brew a pot of there coffee and leave it on the warmer. This, when done for a time, burns the coffee. Evidence for such is when you buy their coffee in the morning it tastes better than afternoon or even night. Also, if you buy their k cups or bag of grounds and brew it yourself, you will never get that taste. As I say, I transcribe, you decide. Hopefully you will have better experiences in the future.

I think that it all depends on your personal taste and opinion on coffee, I don't think it's necessarily Dunkin donuts fault
