Are there "meatless" meat options available at the store like Quorn or Morning Star?

Yes. They have lots of those in the frozen section. Also have the "impossible burger" in the meat section near the regular hamburger.

They should almost certainly have at least Morning Star. In the freezer of the health food section. I haven't come across nonfrozen meatless meat, but it's a slim possibility.
