It varies but their original soups are the best! Try the Jambalaya or the Seafood Gumbo... much better than premade cheese and broccoli or whatever!

It changes daily, but they are friendly if you call and ask. The red pepper gouda is delicious, which they also serve year round at Taphouse
Don't know what the soup of the day is but they have some pretty good jambalaya.
