Just ask. They can brew it at any temperature. I prefer 140 degrees. I don't prefer ice, it waters the coffee down.
Actually, if u order on their mobile app, you can choose how warm you'd like your coffee. I use it all the time because I don't like waiting 20 minutes for my coffee to cool down.
I'm sure they can,they have iced coffee and frappacinos, sadly for regular coffees they have to meet certain guidelines and have quality and customer statistics to meet. But, they have always been happy to meet customer requests.
Time is universal healer, wait for few minutes.
