Hands down best Starbucks location we've been to. The batista was very friendly and made very helpful (and delicious) suggestions. The only bad thing about it, is that it's so far from us, we stopped in on our travels!

If they're ever open and I go in they never listen to me. Gives me wrong sizes all the time, gives me whipped cream when I don't ask. They're simple tasks. Maybe should be closed down until they get their act together maybe?

The Staff in there always has a smile and a warm greeting. They work to make sure your order is complete and if you don't know what you want they are patient and will offer helpful suggestions. 😁 Took my little one there for a morning birthday refresher and she loved it!

Stopped here on the way back home from a conference. Had to go inside to use the restroom so ordered inside as well. Large Starbucks with several different seating options. I wish something like this layout would make it to our area. Coffee itself was good. Restrooms clean -unisex and handicap accessible. Lots of outdoor seating. Right off 74 interstate Shelbyville.
