Nice quiet, clean and family friendly. Very clean pool. Fishing ponds and a couple walking trails and playground. Stays full. Other posted seasonal rates, nightly is 32/night, various seasonal rates for annual vs monthly.

It is kid friendly they have a park, a swimming pool, and a fishing pond clean place nice and quiet lots of shade and friendly staff

It's $450 monthly rate , pay your own electric and water, nice place has swimming pool, a store, & laundry room, clean & very packed .

Yes it's 800 per year. Been going for 20 years. It's small and family run. Kids are welcome. Hope this helps.
