Consistent and excessive long line at the Amazon return desk, while other sections had no lines. Customer service etiquette and teamwork could use improvement.

Kohls will definitely get you together. I visited this location 2-4 days after Christmas looking for on sale Christmas storage items and was able to find what I was looking for. I also come to Kohl’s to return Amazon purchases and the process is always seamless and the staff is always nice.
