Like tyson saying. They have issues because this is first place u see when u get off bus or train. What only the locals knows. There is homeless shelter less then 1500 hundred feet away. All of this draws a lot problems. Also makes for the worse area for drugs and other criminal activity. Unfortunately that mc Donald's is righ there. I regret people have such hard time. Cumberland is very nice place. We have many problems we r working on. Be safe here. Try not hang there any more than u need too. Especially at night. Not safe.
It made me have to feel unsafe and sit in the dark next door parking lot and wait for 6 hrs till my company could come help me. I have PTSD and was going insane being in darkness
They are trying to solve their security issues like people in the area have been demanding. They have to either call the police for everyone that is 'hanging around' or no one, otherwise they would be open to a discrimination charge. It makes things more difficult for people who have a tempirary problem.
