I usually won't comment if I don't have anything good to say..but I can't say I've ever had a correct order. Drive thru staff is always rude. And half of the time they don't realize you're sitting in the drive thru and you have to wait or decide to leave. Disappointed in this location. 😕

The manager(short blonde hair) was not professional very rude and the place needs to be cleaned all the tables are dirty. They don’t seem to care about their customers or if they get orders right.. this place has gone way down hill!! Need better management and employees

The McDonald's in Romney, WV isn't the greatest. I know there is a lot of high school kids there but even the adults that work there, don't seem to care much if the orders are wrong or if the food is undercooked.

Everything about it could be done better. The service is atrocious.
Like tyson saying. They have issues because this is first place u see when u get off bus or train. What only the locals knows. There is homeless shelter less then 1500 hundred feet away. All of this draws a lot problems. Also makes for the worse area for drugs and other criminal activity. Unfortunately that mc Donald's is righ there. I regret people have such hard time. Cumberland is very nice place. We have many problems we r working on. Be safe here. Try not hang there any more than u need too. Especially at night. Not safe.
