Getting one online from DEC is the quickest easiest way if you can't get to a Walmart, Dicks or most Town Halls. The link provided in a previous answer will get you to the online purchasing. We don't sell them.

They do not sell fishing licenses. You can get one in any Walmart at the sporting goods register.
