Have been camping at Bay for over 40 years.Never had a winter problem .camper stays on site.
On occasion in the early spring some trailers get flooded, but the campground makes you remove anything, located in the areas that commonly flood, at the end of the season. If you purchase winter storage they have you pull the trailer up near the basketball court where its higher ground. However that's also closer to the gate, which remains open to the public all year round.
