This place is NOT open 24 hours. Or are the employees just slacking? Every time I go there at 3am on my lunch, there’s an angry lady screaming at me that they don’t open until 4. I’ve gone before at this time with no trouble. What’s the deal?

i feel you bob; but to answer your question, the lobby is closed early, while the drive thru is still open 24 hours (or until 1-2am) depending on the location

I'm not sure about all Tim Hortons locations, but some are closing the in-store service at 11 pm but kept the drive thru open 24 hrs. I hope this helps a little.
